PJK has dominated adult spinal deformity. However, as we look at the foundation of spinopelvic fixation, we have challenges there as well. Newer data shows up to a 25% failure rate. Newer strategies have developed that appear to lower that rate. This webinar discusses the problems and potential solutions for spinopelvic fixation.
